The majority of orders are shippedvia UPS Ground Service for fast, secure service. However, Roadside Access Inc. reserves the right to use DHL and United States Postal Service due to cost, location, and certain specific situations.

UPS Ground shipping is free for all orders over $99.95 and takes approximately 5-7 business days to receive. UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO orders cannot be shipped UPS ground.

We only ship to addresses in the United States at this time. Please contact us for international shipping orders. For information on shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and U.S. territories, please contact us.

UPS will not deliver to Military APO/FPO boxes, or P.O. Boxes. All deliveries to P.O. boxes are not insured and therefore the purchaser assumes risk for non-delivery. Roadside Access will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items delivered to P.O. boxes. Deliveries to P.O boxes do not qualify for free shipping.

P.O Box addresses, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii - are shipped using United States Postal Service. Normal delivery time to be expected is 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order.

Ground Service (UPS) Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please be sure you enter your correct email address on the order form. You will be emailed the UPS tracking number(s) for your order.

Out-of-stock (back-ordered) Merchandise: Roadside Access orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. Under these circumstances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered, you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.

RETURNS 30 Day Money Back Guarantee!: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied for the first 30 days, please contact us by email at customerservice@roadsideaccess.com and tell us why you are not satisfied. We will email you an authorization number. Simply return item within 30 days from the date of shipment in its original packaging for a replacement or full refund (exclusive shipping charges). No warranty on light bulbs and electrical components they are sold AS IS and may not be returned. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization. All returns must have a return authorization number visibly marked on the outside of the box to ensure processing. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund. Roadside Access cannot accept responsibility for tools which have been abused, badly worn, used improperly, and/or repaired or maintained improperly. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Roadside Access reserves the right to use either UPS Ground or United States Postal service. Whichever is more cost effective.
